Ohana Bins, LLC ("Ohana Bins", "we", "us") provides residential trash bin cleaning service and operates this website and customer portal. These Terms of Use apply whenever you use the site, create an account, or receive service from us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You need an account to book and manage service. Please provide accurate contact and address information and keep it current — we use it to reach you and to find your bins on service day. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are intended for a single household or service address; contact us if you need service at more than one address.
You can request, reschedule, and cancel appointments from your account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Inside that 48-hour window, the appointment is locked in and you will need to contact us directly — we will do what we can, but we cannot guarantee a change.
Requested times are appointment windows, not exact arrival times. Weather, route conditions, and equipment issues can shift a visit; we will notify you if a visit has to move.
We offer monthly and quarterly subscription plans as well as one-time cleanings. Prices are shown at checkout and in your billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund a term already paid for.
Subscription payments add service credits to your account, and each cleaning you book uses one credit. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, and are not transferable. One-time cleanings are paid for at the time of booking.
Please have your bins emptied by your waste hauler, placed at the curb or another agreed-upon accessible spot, and clear of vehicles, gates, and pets before your appointment window begins.
If our technician cannot reach or clean the bins — they are blocked, still full, or not out — the visit is recorded as unable to complete. Where your plan allows, the cleaning rolls over to a later visit rather than being lost. Repeated missed access may require rescheduling or, for one-time cleanings, may be treated as a completed trip.
Our technicians take before-and-after photos of the bins and the service area to document the work. These photos are attached to your appointment record, visible to you in your account, and used for quality control and to resolve any questions about a visit.
Please use the site and portal only for managing your own service. Do not attempt to access other customers' information, interfere with the site, submit false booking or payment information, or use the service in a way that puts our team at risk. We may suspend or close an account that does.
We may update the service, our plans, our pricing, and these Terms. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us.
We clean and deodorize residential waste bins with care, but we cannot restore bins that are cracked, warped, stained, or damaged before service, and we cannot guarantee removal of every mark or odor. The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Ohana Bins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the service or your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Bexar County, Texas.
